Are you ready for some more heart-break? About a week ago, I tweeted April Stewart asking for an update on when we should expect that possible breakthrough in Legend of Korra information for the month. She had tweeted me just a week prior to that explaining that Legend of Korra fans should still get excited for April. I’m not so sure what exactly happened in a span of 7 days, but when April responded, she explained that she really knows nothing and that she was mistaken.
The conversation started off with me basically asking which week we should expect a possible breakthrough in Legend of Korra information. She then responded by saying that I was tenacious and that I’d never break her. She also wrote #IReallyDontKnow in the same tweet, which confused me a great deal. One of my followers then jumped in the conversation and essentially asked for some sort of clarification.
April then responded by saying that she had read an article some time ago stating that Book 2 would premiere in April. The only issue was that the article really stated that Book 1 would air in April. April Stewart had made a reading error.
The conversation ended with April once again confirming that she knows nothing and explaining that she sometimes doesn’t read carefully.
She blamed it on the A.D.D. Is this real life? You can see screen a shot of the conversation below:
Out of all that, we can basically confirm that any hopes of some sort of breakthrough in Legend of Korra information for this month have been shot. If we somehow do get Book 2 information this month, it won’t be from the source that April has been alluding to. The source never really existed.
The important thing to get out of this is that everyone makes mistakes. Don’t go off and start badmouthing April Stewart on Twitter or anything like that. This was a genuine mistake. I’m sure she never meant to stir up the fandom or anything like that. She was just relaying whatever information she thought she had.
Forgive, forget and move on. That’s the name of the game this off-season.
